Centering Practices this month - Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra

When fatigue, burnout and frustration settle in, find REFUGE in the pause and come back to yourself. In this experience, the practice will open with a yin yoga practice, a slow-paced, meditative yoga practice of holding traditional healing postures for extended amounts of time to go deep into the body's tissues, and then flow into a inward journey with yoga nidra, a meditative self-inquiry practice to reconnect to a restful state.
