When I teach classes, whether virtual or in-person, I always love to get the vibes going with a nice playlist. And 9/10, I get asked “what song is this?”, “who playlist is this?”, or “the music makes the space feel good”.
I figured I’d get back into created some intentional playlists and sharing them! I actually take alot of care crafting the playlists I create, leaning into the power music to craft a real beautiful space for ease, rest, and clarity. I secretly wanted to be a DJ back in the day…. Shhh don’t tell anyone lol.
