Meditation is literally the heart of yoga and a key element of an effective practice, offering profound benefits for everyone. However, meditation isn’t always taught and practiced appropriately, and as a result so many people think they “can’t” meditate, or believe that it isn’t for them.
Join me, along with some AMAZING SOULS, in Making Meditation Accessible as we explore the intersection of yoga and Buddhist teachings on meditation and mindfulness, as well as accessible techniques for creating a meaningful personal practice.
