1:1 and Private Group Experiences

I am a firm believe that the vibration of freedom is found in stillness. My mindfulness offerings focus on cultivating an embodied sense of connection to stillness, rooted in Buddhist and yogic wisdom.

I offer the following services:

Meditation

Meditation is a practice that emphasizes observing your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations more objectively, learning to create distance from internal reactions, bringing attention more fully to the present moment. With our attention in the present moment, we can accept things as they are without grasping or clinging. In addition, meditation provides access to an inherent clarity and choice in our daily lives.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is the restorative application of sound frequencies to the body/mind with the intention of bringing them into a state of relaxation, and well-being. In the practice, instruments or the voice is used to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body. It is the vibration of the instruments/voice that relax your mind and body, on an auditory and physical level.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided deep relaxation practice also known as “yogic sleep” . It is often practiced lying down, drawing our attention inwards, creating a connection between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of rest and harmony.

Reiki

Reiki is a simple and non-invasive way to open and begin to restore our natural abilities to bring the body back into balance. Reiki brings balance and alignment to the body. This balancing stimulates healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. The technique involves intentional hand placement on the body or the use of sound to work directly on the energy field – or aura – surrounding the body as well as the life-force energy flowing within it.

Yoga Asana

(Restorative, Yin, and Chair)

The accessible and adaptable yoga asana shared are restful practices that are all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. The focus in this gentle movement is not on strengthening. but on releasing and being.

Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai yoga bodywork is an ancient healing practice that combines gentle yoga, massage, and energy work. The practitioner uses their hands, arms, feet and legs to apply pressure to energy lines and points along the body. The session blends a sequence of applied pressure to energy lines of the body with yoga postures, and gentle stretches. This helps to release muscular tension, increase flexibility, relieve pain and induce overall relaxation.
